[AMPED to supply: registered postal address, and the name or title of the person handling privacy enquiries.]
What personal information we collect
Lists each category of personal information collected, and nothing beyond what is actually collected.
[AMPED to supply: the categories collected — for example name, email address, mobile number, ticket order reference, access requirements, and any information collected by the ticketing provider on AMPED's behalf.]
How and why we collect it
States the collection method and the purpose for each category, including whether collection is required or optional.
[AMPED to supply: the forms and channels used to collect information, the purpose of each collection, the consequence of not providing it, and whether any information is collected from a third party rather than directly from the individual.]

Analytics cookies and how to withdraw consent
Describes the analytics we use, the cookies it sets, the purpose, who processes the data, and how consent is withdrawn. Australian Privacy Principles 5 and 8, Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how pages are used. It is loaded only after you select Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.
With your consent, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies beginning with _ga on this domain. They hold a randomly generated identifier for the browser, not your name or email address.
The purpose is limited to understanding which pages are viewed, which guides are read, how many people join the mailing list, and how many people click through to the ticketing provider. We do not send your email address or any other contact detail into analytics, and we do not use analytics for advertising. Google Signals and ads personalisation are disabled, and IP addresses are anonymised where the configuration permits.
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and its related companies, which store and process information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By accepting analytics cookies you consent to that overseas disclosure, and Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 does not then apply to it.
You can withdraw consent at any time by selecting Cookie preferences in the site footer and choosing Reject all, or Essential only on the banner. Withdrawing consent removes the analytics script and deletes the analytics cookies from this browser. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement. It is loaded only after you accept marketing cookies, and it sets first-party cookies beginning with _fbp on this domain. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and its related companies process that information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. If you decline, or withdraw consent through Cookie preferences, the pixel is not loaded and its cookies are deleted from this browser. No TikTok pixel and no other advertising remarketing tag is installed.
[AMPED to supply: confirmation of the Google Analytics property retention setting, and any additional analytics or measurement provider added later.]
When we disclose it, including overseas disclosure
Names the types of recipients, and identifies any country where information may be disclosed overseas.
[AMPED to supply: the categories of recipient — for example ticketing, email, analytics and payment providers — and the countries in which any of those recipients store or process the information.]
How to access and correct your information
Explains how an individual asks for access to their information and asks for it to be corrected.
Requests can be sent to cameron@ampmsocial.com.au.
[AMPED to supply: what identification is required, the response timeframe, and any circumstances in which a request may be refused.]
How to make a privacy complaint
Explains how to lodge a complaint about the handling of personal information.
Complaints can be sent to cameron@ampmsocial.com.au.
[AMPED to supply: the postal address for written complaints and any required form or details.]
How a complaint is handled
Sets out the steps taken once a complaint is received, and the external avenue if the outcome is not accepted.
[AMPED to supply: acknowledgement and resolution timeframes, who investigates, how the outcome is communicated, and the referral path to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.]
