Tickets
Saturday 3 October 2026, on the Queensland long weekend. The event runs 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM AEST.
Tickets are sold only through YourKind. We do not operate a resale platform.
YourKind is the only authorised seller. Tickets bought through resale sites, social media or private sellers may be cancelled without refund, and we cannot help you recover the money.
Tickets are non-refundable except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise. Name changes and transfers are handled by YourKind through your order.
Entry and ID
Yes. SUNDOWN is 18+ on the day of the festival. Everyone is scanned at the gate, with no exceptions.
An Australian or overseas driver licence, a government-issued passport, an Australian government-issued proof-of-age card, or a digital ID.
Photo ID, your ticket, a phone and a small bag. Every bag is searched on entry. The full permitted and prohibited lists are on the event information page.
On site
SUNDOWN doesn't publish set times. Both stages run from doors at 4:00 PM to close at 11:00 PM, so you can move between them all night without planning around a clock.
No. There is no BYO. Bars on site are operated by the venue.

Two, running at the same time: one in the open air and one indoors, in the round. You can move freely between them.
SUNDOWN runs in all weather. One stage is indoors and the site has covered areas. Dress for a Brisbane spring evening outdoors.

Accessibility
Superordinary is a working dock precinct with some uneven and loose surfaces. Read the accessibility page for the detail, and contact us with any requirement so we can plan for it.
Yes. Companion Card holders receive a second ticket at no cost. Contact us with your card number after you buy.
Yes. A lower-light, lower-sound quiet space with seating is open for the whole event and marked on the site map at the gate.
Yes. Both stages use strobe lighting, rapid flashing effects, lasers and haze. Contact us if you are sensitive to flashing light and we will tell you which areas are lower risk.
